ORDERING

• It is recommended that you choose items from the current month’s availability stock list to avoid delays in dispatching your order.
• Include several substitute items if possible as plants can sell out and we do not offer a back order system.
• Credit slips will be issued where items are sold out to be redeemed with future orders.
• Print your name and address clearly for correct delivery.
• Include a phone number or e-mail address in the event that we need to contact you.
• Include postage and packaging charges with each order.
• We do not accept responsibility for parcels once dispatched therefore it is recommended that you include a Registered Post Fee and Insurance for each order.
• Unfortunately we are unable to send orders to Western Australia or Tasmania.

PAYMENT

Post your order form with a cheque or money order made payable to Quamby Nursery to
P.O. Box 5284, South Melbourne , 3205.

We do not have credit card facilities but we are able to accept direct deposits into our bank. Please contact us for account details if this is your preferred option.

DESPATCH DETAILS

• Orders are processed in the order of payments received, however plants can be reserved by e-mailing or faxing the order in advance.
• Orders are sent via Australia Post at the start of the week, usually Monday, to avoid packaged plants delayed over the weekends.
• All plants sent from our nursery are in quality condition.
• Please collect and unpack your parcel as soon as possible and water your plants immediately.

• Registered Post (optional) - add an additional $2.50
